All communication between the platform and your instance is encrypted with mutual TLS using per-instance certificates.

Data stays on your instance

Your conversations, files, and configuration live on your instance only. We only access your instance as necessary to provide the service — provisioning, updates, and health checks.

About AI model providers. When your agents use AI models (Claude, GPT-4, Gemini, etc.), conversations are sent to the respective providers' APIs. Each provider has its own data handling policies. If you bring your own API keys, your instance connects to providers directly. If you use Oslark proxy credits, requests pass through the Oslark proxy first and then on to the provider.
